I know there is a limit on the number of stars for rating service and on characters for this box BUT....if I could give more stars I would because Dayna DESERVES it. She's very passionate about her work and her clients. There really aren't enough words to describe the type of realtor and person she is. I and my family LOVE her. I previously had some not so great experiences with other realtors in the last 2 years for my 1st home search and about 4 or 5 realtors later, I was BLESSED with Dayna! I love her honesty, dedication and care that she GENUINELY expressed for my wants in a home. Along the way, she also taught me things to look out for when purchasing a home and what could/could not be deal breakers. Being a 1st time home buyer can be stressful and exciting at the same time, but I'm grateful that she guided me through the process and alleviated a lot of the unknown stresses that I have heard about home buying from other home owners. Not to brag (but I am), but I feel as lucky as a 4 leaf clover because I believe that if I had a different realtor, my scalp would more than likely have patches. She made sure I more than understood the process, answered any and every question I had, was very open and welcoming of communication (regardless of the time), comforted me during the uncertainty, encouraged me when I was discouraged, stayed PERSISTENT AND CONSISTENT throughout the WHOLE 2 YEARS of house hunting....etc. - I mean I could seriously go on and on about how AWESOME of a realtor she is but I'm sure you get it by now. She is very thorough and does her research and will not allow her client to be taken advantage of in any way. She will definitely let you know if it's a good or bad deal and allow you to decide whether you want to proceed or not and what the possibilities/consequences are if so. There was not even one move or decision I made through this process without consulting her first because I trust her REALLY trust her. When I decide to purchase any more real estate I already know who will be with me by my side - Dayna Tooley. Leaving this review is bittersweet because I want to keep her in my back pocket as my secret weapon, but I also want other buyers and future clients to know about her and how awesome she is. It's not just about the bucks with her, it's about the client and their happiness with their investment purchase. I've come across many realtors but ZERO like Dayna. She walks, talks and superbly represents what she stands for. Can't get any better. Any buyer looking to purchase a home or real estate should be honored to have this realtor as their representative. Words can't describe our appreciation for Dayna in helping us to find our love nest. Moving from a small town, we were in shock and lost in the DFW area. Dayna treated us as if we were her own family. She went above and beyond to help us with anything we needed, even outside of the real estate matters. She was a true professional. She was always polite and could be goofy at times to give us a good laugh. She arrived on time and took pride in her work. She showed us over 40 houses and not even once did she show signs of disinterest. She even dropped me off after the closing, which was not even her responsibility. Although our home has closed over a month, Dayna still responds to our texts. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Dayna to anyone who is looking to buy or sell a home.

Dayna did a great job with selling my house. She’s extremely knowledgeable and professional. She made everything easy especially with me being busy with the military. I bought a house and sold the same house with her and would recommend her to anyone!
